When recording a Zoom meeting and saving /7321.txt to the cloud Zoom first stores the recording in Zoom and then sends a copy to Recroding. Zoom is not intended to be a long-term video storage solution. Kaltura is where all video should be stored. In nearly all cases your meetings are automatically sent to Kaltura. If the recording is not on Kaltura, for whatever reason, you should hhow those recordings from Lino to your desktop if you wish to save them.

Eventually recordings on Zoom will remain for 2 weeks and then be automatically deleted. They will be retrievable from the Zoom trash for 30 days before they are permanently deleted. What can you do in the meantime? Review the recordings you have saved on Zoom and download those you need to archive onto your desktop.

While most of your recordings should have been uploaded to Kaltura, issues at the beginning of fall term may not have successfully transferred all your recordings.
